"I ordered a ready to ship pair of the OT brown boots after reading many reviews on these boots, luckily they had my size available. I went with my standard boot size of 11.5 EE and the boots fit great. I have them about one month as I wrote this review.
I went through two ***** pairs over the past few years, and used their sizing, and sample boots, etc, but could never get the boot to fit comfortably. Ended up selling both pairs of the *****. These JK boots had very little break in and I've been wearing them every day, 8-9 hours at work and a few hours after I get home, and I don't have one complaint.
Looking forward to having these a long time and might even order another style in the future, we'll see."

"I think they are very well built. They'll last a long time for me. The boots initially were a bit snug but they break in pretty easy. For me with in like 3 days. I was felling cedars and delimbing them and the whole time it was very comfortable experience even on uneven terrain. Gave ample protection and all around a solid practical boot but it's got the style in there for sure too. I personally wear them for work and church. *** bless ! "

"After 25 plus years wearing nothing but ****** Boots, I decided to give another builder a look. I looked locally, tried on stock loggers and thought, "No Way!" Stock boots will never support these old feet. Went online and saw another builder from Spokane (originally from Tacoma myself). Living in Peyton CO, I really can't wear steel toes in winter and I saw that JK builds composite toe boots and I was sold! After ordering I received a call asking how I knew my size without using the online sizing tool and I told the gentleman that I wore ****** Smoke Jumpers for years and he said, "That's perfect." I thought to myself that customer service like that just doesn't exist this day and age and that counts a lot to me! On my feet all day in construction, fit and durability are very important and these boots are comfortable with support to spare. "First off these are my first PNW built work boots, and am extremely happy with them. I am a dry land farmer in northern Montana, so a tough boot is needed. I never know what I will encounter from day to day , I could be engine or hydraulic oil, grease, diesel fuel, mud, fertilizer and herbicides even cactus or rattlesnakes some times all in the same day. I have been through several other boots made overseas and some made in the USA and they usually lasted 12-18 months of wear.
In the summer my other boots would make my feet sweat and just be uncomfortably hot, so I was looking for a unlined non waterproof membrane boot. So glad I found JK. These boots are very comfortable and with in 2 weeks were broke in and molding to my feet.
I chose the OT pro with safety toe for durability because of the roughout leather and protection. Its not pleasant when something on the farm hits your toes its either heavy or sharp and most times both.
